To initiate a return, please send an email to info@artifingers.com, providing your personal details (name, order number, a brief description of the product with its product number, and optionally the reason for return to help us improve our services). The product should be returned promptly upon receipt.

Returned products must be in their original, undamaged, and unaltered packaging, unused or unworn in the case of jewelry, and must include the original label, authentication card, and sales documents. Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process your refund as soon as possible, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

Products that have been custom-made or personalized according to your specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned unless they are defective upon receipt by the customer.

Return shipping costs are covered solely by our company in cases of product defects or errors made on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong product). In cases where the return is due to a change of mind by the customer, the return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.

After the initial return, all subsequent return shipping costs will be borne exclusively by the consumer, regardless of the reason for the return.
